This prayer format is usually more energetic as the participants in the room are invited to engage in corporate prayer. These sets generally have a specific prayer focus, and will encourage individuals in the prayer room to engage in unified intercession.

For those who wish to participate, there are times when the microphone will be open to pray. One example of this may be rapid fire prayer, which is simply 5 second prayers offered on the microphone one after another.
