Prayer and Grace

”do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 (ESV)

 

I will never fully unravel the good from the bad, pure from impure. God is big enough to rescue me with my mixture

 ANXIETY 1

“I will sing to the Lord…” pray to the Lord, thank the Lord, worship my Lord…”because he has dealt bountifully with me… he vindicates me…has delivered me…has been good to me…yea I will sing to the name of the Lord the most high.”  Psalm 13:6

My God accepts me, who I am, my weaknesses…

“Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need…find grace to help us at the proper time…grace to help in a time of suffering…help us at the right time.” Hebrews 4:16

casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you, about you.” 1 Peter 5:7

 

Thank you Lord, my loving Heavenly Father, a love that never ends. You pick me up, dust me off, forgive for what I have done, straighten my clothes of life, and with a gentle nudge push me on my way. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made…wonderfully complex!   I know that full well.” Psalm 139:14 Your grace is sufficient for all my needs, wherever I am at, any situation, any stage in my life.
